Las Vegas, Nevada – The Las Vegas Convention Center was filled with representatives from gourmet specialists, wholesale to supermarkets, restaurants and many other distributors. The Fancy Food Show was attended by businesses that are connected with the food industry. Presentations were given at a number of seminars for education to the attendees for an update of the new trends and changes in the specialty food industry
Over 12,000 attendees were at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 19-21, 2025. New products were on display with traditional and new flavors and ideas that are reshaping restaurant menus and retail shelves. Exhibitions and attendees were from across the United States and the world.
Winter Fancy Food is organized through The Specialty Food Association (SFA) a non-profit, membership-based trade association. SFA was founded in 1952.
