Fargo, ND – The full weekend of races from 10K, half-marathon and the full marathon for the 20th anniversary were in honor of Mark Knutson; the late marathon race director. Digger Lauter won the full marathon in the men’s division from Oakland, California with 2:25:32. Amy Will from Warren, Minnesota took first place in the women’s division with 2:57:18.
John Curley and Ellyssa Peterson won the half-marathon races were from Minnesota. Marathon finishers total 1464 with Males 866 and Females 598. The average finish time 4:28:02.
Rualri Moynihan (bib 1993) wore a hat with Mark Knutson’s name to honor the late race director and congratulated the men’s winner Digger Lauter (bib 2248) at the finish line.
