Albuquerque, NM – Rain fell into the early morning Tuesday and weather tamed enough for the launch to take place after 7am. The ‘green flag’ opened the window for hundreds of balloons to have a mass ascension.
Competitors were able to enter the field about 10 am and attempt to hit targets set up on the field; each competitor that made it to the field had two markers to drop to hit one of the scoring areas. There will be another morning of competition and the overall score will determine the winner.
