The annual convention of the Safari Club International was hosted in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Resort Convention Center January 19-22, 2022. This year marked the 50thAnniversary Convention celebrating 50 years of Defending the Freedom to Hunt.
Success in numbers were firmed by over 700 vendors displaying from around the world. Attendance for 2022 was more than the combined last two years. The auction brought in a record highest item of a John Bollinger Rifle that sold for $290,000. Well known speakers and entertainers; amongst many were Tucker Carlson, Larry the Cable Guy, Donald Trump, Jr. and more. SCI has 50,000 members that comply with game laws; game and fish officers. SCI in 2023 will be in Nashville, Feb. 22-25.
